Private sessions
These sessions are designed
to:

Pilates is custom made – not one size fits all. Each person is assessed and a
bespoke programme is designed to ensure that your goals, however big or small, are attained.

Group sessions
All Group classes have a mixture of both beginner and intermediate clients. There is no problem
with a mixed class as each exercise can be carried out at different levels, so that everyone can work at a level that suits
them and progress at their own pace.
Classes are deliberately kept small, so that everybody can receive individual
instruction, allowing them to gain the maximum benefit. If exercises are carried out correctly, then you will
obtain optimal results and notice changes more rapidly.
For all new clients I carry out an initial 1-1 session
(£30), so that I can go through the basic principles of Pilates and the main exercises, before you
start the group class. If you are happy to continue, then £20 out of the £30 that you have paid will
be deducted from the group rate.
Group classes
have a maximum of 8 clients and are £50 for 6 sessions. These sessions run over 6 consecutive weeks.
